"I was looking for new insurance. State Farm contacted me several times and I answered an email to set up a call. Before we talked, the agent had loked up my information and was very prepared to talk to me. We left owed at my existing policy and he (John) compared what State Farm offers. I saw that I could save several hundred dollars a year, so I decided to sign up. John was very thorough in giving me all the options and even signed me up for automatic withdrawal. It was all easy and advantageous to me. I appreciated John’s attention to every detail and his personable approach. I felt like I made a new friend. He explained that his office is small and who I might encounter when I called. I like the personal touch that is offered by a small business. I was altogether satisfied with the entire process.
