"I had sked for a quote for home and auto insurance in 2025 because I wasn't happy with the agency in Vermont I had been with for 10 years and I had decided to give the Vermont agency another chance, things didn't improve and John who I had talked to at State Farm in 2025 called me just before renewal time in 2026 to see if I would be interested in seeing a quote as he had saved all my info from the previous year and wanted to be sure my insurance needs were being met. I explained to him that price and product are not the determining factor in where I place my business and trust. Personal contact and having a good working relationship with an agent instead of dealing with a call center would be my triggers. I am happy to say I am now a satisfied and proud customer of the L Mullen Insurance and Financial Services State Farm agency, more importantly I am now a customer of Lori, John and Nora and if you are looking for a great agency to guide you through the insurance maze look no further. One other point I would like to mention and that is that the price was a few hundred dollars lower than my renewal with the former agency I was with."
